Moosilauke-August

I took a long loop hike on Moosilauke – up Glencliff, down Benton, and back via the Tunnel Brook Trail. About 13 miles in 6 hours, on a beautiful day! From the summit I could see a dense valley fog in the Connecticut River Valley. Along the Tunnel Brook trail I enjoyed pretty views of the (poorly named) Mud Pond and its beaver-pond siblings. I capped it off with a large sundae at Moose Scoops in Warren!
